    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4c. red wine vinegar
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2t. salt
    • dash of pepper
    • 1/4t. dried basil, oregano, or mixed Italian herbs
    • 3/4c. olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Whisk together vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.
    2. Gradually whisk in oil. Taste and adjust seasoning.
    3. Makes about 1 cup. Use to baste meat during the last 10-15 minutes. of broiling or bbq.
    4. Keeps well in the fridge. Excellent on beef, pork, chicken.
    5. Yields: 1 3/4 c.
