    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg
    • 2T. lemon juice
    • 1/4t. garlic salt
    • 1/4t. dry mustard
    • 1/4t. pepper
    • 1/2c. oil
    • 1/4c. grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2t. finely chopped onion


    Instructions


    1. Combine egg, lemon juice, garlic salt, mustard and pepper in blender pitcher.
    2. Blend at med. speed until smooth. While blending at med. high speed, add oil in a slow, steady stream until mixture is thick and smooth.
    3. Add Parmesan cheese and onion. Blend at med. speed until well mixed, stopping to scrape pitcher if necessary.
    4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs. Stir before serving. Cover and store in refrigerator.
    5. Makes: about 1 cup.
