List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 c. sugar
  
• 4t. salt
  
• 2t. dry mustard
  
• 1 onion, grated
  
• 1 1/2c. vinegar
  
• 2c. oil
  






Instructions



1. Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Place vinegar and oil into blender and beat several mins. until well blended.
   
2. Add onion to liquid and beat until fine. Add dry ingredients and beat until well mixed, almost creamy in appearance.
   
3. Refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
   
4. Yields: 1 quart
