List of Ingredients



• 1/4c. firmly packed brown sugar
  
• 1/4c. sweet paprika
  
• 1 to 3T. kosher or margarita salt
  
• 1 to 3 T. freshly ground black pepper
  
• 1T. celery seed
  
• 1T. ground mustard
  
• 1T. granulated dried garlic
  
• 1T. onion powder
  
• 1/2 to 1t. cayenne powder
  
• 1/2t. oregano or thyme
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container at room temp.
   
2. Rub into surface of the meat before cooking. Sprinkle lightly on meat after carving for added flavor.
