    • 1c. all purpose flour
    • 1c. cornstarch
    • 2T. garlic powder
    • 2t. onion powder
    • 2T. seasoned salt
    • 1 bottle beer


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together. Coat meat in mixture.
    2. Deep fry at 375 to 400 degrees.
