Meat Balls in Cheese Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4c. bread crumbs
- 1/4c. ketchup
- 1/4c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- Cheese sauce:
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2c. water
- 2T. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except Cheese Sauce, and form into balls.
- Cook in deep fat until brown. Cook Cheese Sauce until bubbly.
- Add Meat Balls and serve hot over rice.
