Meat Balls in Cheese Sauce

List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. hamburger
  
• 1/4c. bread crumbs
  
• 1/4c. ketchup
  
• 1/4c. chopped onion
  
• 1 egg
  
• Cheese sauce:
  
• 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  
• 1/2c. water
  
• 2T. chopped parsley
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients, except Cheese Sauce, and form into balls.
   
2. Cook in deep fat until brown. Cook Cheese Sauce until bubbly.
   
3. Add Meat Balls and serve hot over rice.
