    • 2/3c. light corn syrup
    • 1/2c. whipping cream
    • 1-8oz. semi-sweet or German sweet chocolate


    Instructions


    1. Microwave corn syrup and whipping cream on high for 90 seconds or until it comes to a boil.
    2. Stir in chocolate until it's melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit or cookies.
    3. Makes: 1 1/2c.
