    Serve with Fritos or tacos. May be served hot or cold.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    • 1 qt. mayonnaise
    • 2 med. onions, chopped
    • 3 buttons garlic, crushed
    • 1 (12oz) can jalapeno peppers


    Instructions


    1. Let cheese come to room temp. Remove the seeds from the jalapeno peppers.
    2. Place the peppers, onion, and garlic in a blender and whirl until blended together.
    3. Cut cheese into small blocks and place in a large mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and blended mixture and beat until smooth and of dipping consistency.
    4. Put in jars and refrigerate.
    5. Yield: 2 1/2 quarts.
