    • 1/2c. extra virgin olive oil
    • 1T. balsamic vinegar
    • 1 med. red onion, chopped
    • 1/4c. fresh basil, chopped
    • pepper to taste
    • salt


    Instructions


    1. Mix oil, vinegar, basil, pepper and salt.
    2. Add onion, let stand 30 mins. and serve.
