    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 lb. lean pork, cut in small pieces
    • 1T. butter
    • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed beef broth
    • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed tomato soup
    • 2 soup cans water
    • 4c. shredded cabbage
    • 1/2c. chopped onion
    • 2t. salt
    • 1/2t. paprika
    • 1 bay leaf
    • dash pepper
    • 1T. sherry
    • Sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
    2. Cover; cook over low heat 30 mins.; stir often.
    3. Serve with spoonsful of sour cream.
    4. Serves: 6
