Polish Cabbage Soup

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. lean pork, cut in small pieces
- 1T. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed beef broth
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed tomato soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 4c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2c. chopped onion
- 2t. salt
- 1/2t. paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- dash pepper
- 1T. sherry
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
- Cover; cook over low heat 30 mins.; stir often.
- Serve with spoonsful of sour cream.
- Serves: 6
