1/2 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese -- 2oz
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 pounds fish fillets
1/2 cup milk
1 squeeze parkay margarine
Recipe
Combine cheese, cornmeal and salt. Dip fish in milk; coat with seasoned cornmeal. Fry on both sides in margarine until brown. 6 servings.
