    • 1 STICK BUTTER
    • DASH OF SALT


    Instructions


    1. CARAMELIZE (BURN) 1/3OF SUGAR.
    2. MIX REMAINING SUGAR, FLOUR, AND SALT.
    3. ADD MILK AND BUTTER.
    4. WHEN THE INGREDIENTS COME TO A BOIL, ADD CARAMELIZED SUGAR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
