    • 1/4c. butter, softened
    • 1/2c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/3c. milk
    • 1t. vanilla extract
    • 3 1/2c. confectioners sugar


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, beat butter and cocoa together until combined.
    2. Add milk and vanilla;beat until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar to desired consistency.
    3. Adjust with more milk or confectioners sugar, if necessary.
    4. Yield: 2 cups (12 servings)
