    • 1/4c. cocoa
    • 2T. shortening
    • 2T. water
    • 2T. white syrup
    • 2c. powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Put on low heat until shortening is dissolved. Take off heat and add powdered sugar or enough to make the right consistency for spreading.
