    Chocolate Philly Frosting

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 oz. cream cheese
    • 1T. milk
    • 2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    • 1 (1oz) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
    • 1t. vanilla
    • dash of salt


    Instructions


    1. Blend cream cheese and milk. Add sugar gradually, blending it in well.
    2. Add melted chocolate, vanilla, and salt. Blend well.
    3. Makes: enough to frost a 2 layer, 8 inch cake.
