    • 3 large egg whites
    • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
    • assorted food coloring


    Instructions


    1. Beat whites and sugar at high speed 7 mins. or until thick.
    2. For painting or spreading:
    3. Thin some icing by gradually adding water until desired consistency is reached.
