    Can also use pears or cherries.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2c. sugar
    • 1c. vinegar
    • 1 piece stick cinnamon
    • 8-10 whole cloves
    • 1 (No. 2 1/2 ) can peaches


    Instructions


    1. Drain the can of peaches and discard the juice. Combine the sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves.
    2. Bring to a boil for about 10 mins. stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
    3. Let cool. Then pour over the peaches and let stand 3 days.
