Basic Turkey Gravy

- neck and giblets
- 1 qt. turkey/chicken stock
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/4c. parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 2T. butter
- 2T. cornstarch
Instructions
- Simmer stock, giblets, neck, onion, parsley, and bay leaf for 2 hours.
- Strain broth and add to roasting pan and deglaze over med. heat.
- Add butter and cornstarch to broth and stir until gravy thickens.
