• 4T. pan drippings
  
• 3T. flour
  
• 2c. milk
  
• 1t. salt
  
• 1/2t. pepper
  
• 1t. Tabasco sauce
  
• 1t. Worcestershire sauce
  






Instructions



1. In pan with drippings blend in flour, stirring constantly until bubbly.
   
2. Stir in milk, salt, pepper, Tabasco and worcestershire. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened.
   
3. If to thick add a little more milk.
