    No holiday meal is complete without the gravy! Use this foolproof method for classic, delicious gravy every time.
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup turkey drippings
    3 cups water or broth
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper





    1. In skillet or roasting pan, add flour to drippings; mix well with wire whisk. Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until smooth and light brown.
    2. Add water; cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in salt and pepper.
