    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. hot pork sausage
    • 1/4c. flour
    • milk
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Fry sausage until done, chopping into small pieces.
    2. Do not drain. Sprinkle flour over sausage and grease, stirring to coat sausage pieces.
    3. Add milk, about 1c. and stir. Cook over low heat until thick, then salt and pepper to taste.
    4. If to thick add more milk.
