• Ham, sausage or bacon drippings
  
• 3T. flour
  
• milk
  
• salt and pepper
  
• water
  






Instructions



1. Add flour to the drippings in hot pan to brown.
   
2. Thin mixture with a little water and add milk, salt and pepper.
   
3. Stir until thick. Add crumbled fried sausage for a real treat.
