List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. hot sausage
  
• 1 1/4c. milk
  
• 1/2t. pepper
  
• 1/2c. flour
  
• 1/2t. salt
  






Instructions



1. Crumble sausage in pan. Cook until done. Remove from heat and drain.
   
2. Reserve 8T. of fat. Put fat back on high heat, add flour, salt and pepper.
   
3. Stir until golden brown. Add milk, stirring until thick.
   
4. Stir in sausage. Cook until hot. Serve hot with biscuits.
