    Black Diamond Steak

    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    Pinch of garlic powder

    Mix together. Score steak on both sides. Marinate in above mixture
    8 to 10 hours. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side.
