    • 4 ribeyes
    • 1/4c. bourbon whiskey
    • 1/4c. packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 c. oil
    • 1/4c. prepared mustard
    • 1/4c. Worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Marinate steaks in the above mixture for 4-6 hours.
    2. Grill to desired doneness.
    3. Note: Taste bourbon to make sure it's good. Then fire up the grill. Excellent when grilled over mesquite.
