    Buffalo Chili Onions

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2c. hot sauce
    • 1/2c. butter or olive oil
    • 1/4c. chili sauce
    • 1T. chili powder
    • 4 large sweet onions, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices


    Instructions


    1. In med. bowl, stir together hot sauce, butter, chili powder and chili sauce.
    2. Brush mixture onto onion slices. Grill onions over medium high coals for 10 mins. or until tender.
    3. Turn and baste often with the chili mixture.
    4. Serves:6
