Butterfly Honey Pork Fillets

List of Ingredients



• 4 pork chops
  
• 4t. honey
  
• 1/2c. Worcestershire sauce
  
• ground black pepper to taste
  






Instructions



1. In a shallow glass dish or bowl, mix together honey and worcestershire sauce.
   
2. Add pork chops and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for no more than 4 hours.
   
3. Lightly oil grill and preheat to medium low. Remove pork chops from marinade.
   
4. Season with pepper to taste and grill for 35-40 minutes, turning often.
   
5. Makes: 4 servings
