    6 Tbsp. (90mL) Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grilling Blend™
    1 lb (454g) rib eye, New York or sirloin steaks, cut 1 inch (2.5cm) thick
    1 Tbsp. (15mL) Olive oil
    2 French baguettes, sliced into 1/4 inch (.6cm) thick slices

    Recipe




    1. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel.
    2. Brush steaks on both sides with olive oil.
    3. Sprinkle steaks generously on both sides with Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grilling Blend™.
    4. Grill over direct heat, with grill lid on, for 6 minutes.
    5. Turn and grill for approximately 4 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness.
    6. Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
    7. As your dinner guests congregate around the cutting board, slice steaks into strips and serve on baguette slices.
    8. Note: Try Mrs. Dash® Steak Grilling Blend™ also.
