Crack-Black Chicken w/ Whiskey Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 whole broiler chicken
- olive oil for cooking
- Whiskey Sauce:
- 1/2c. crushed pineapple
- 2T. Hoisin sauce
- 2T. bbq sauce
- 2T. maple syrup
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4c. chopped pecans
- 2t. grated ginger
- 2T. whiskey
- 1T. hot sauce
Instructions
- Combine all the sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat. Rub chicken lightly with olive oil and place on open beer can. The drumsticks with be turned down. Be sure to use a metal pan or tray.
- Grill until internal temp. reaches 170 degrees. When chicken is done, coat with Whiskey Sauce and cook for a couple or more minutes.
