List of Ingredients
- 4 (12 oz) T-bone steaks
- 1T. minced onion
- 1/2c. red currant jelly
- 1/2c. port
- 2T. red wine vinegar
- 1t. orange zest
- 1t. lemon zest
- 1t. mustard, dry
- pinch cayenne
Instructions
- Trim the steaks of any excess fat. Combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan, reduce to half of its volume.
- Grill the steaks to desired doneness, brushing steak with sauce frequently. Serve.
