Grilled Potatoes

- 3 lb. small unpeeled new potatoes
- 3T. olive oil
- 3T. parsley
- 1c. thinly sliced green onions
- 3T. parmesan cheese
- 3T. garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2t. oregano
Instructions
- Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender.
- About 15 minutes; drain and cool.Prepare grill. Cut potatoes in half; transfer to large bowl.
- Add 2T. oil; toss to coat. Grill until golden turning occasionally for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to bowl. Drizzle 1-2T. oil over potatoes. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
