    Grilled Tuscan Chicken Sandwich

    3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
    4 (1 lb) (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 cup (60mL) sliced riped olives
    4 large sourdough rolls
    1 large red pepper, divided
    4 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry, torn in half widthways
    cooking spray

    Recipe




    1. Preheat grill to medium high.

    2. Spray cooking spray on each side of chicken breasts and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.(30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic.

    3. Grill chicken and peppers for 5 minutes, turn, and grill for another 5 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced.

    4. Remove and cool slightly.

    5. In a bowl, combine sliced olives, olive oil and remaining 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic.

    6. Cut rolls in half and spread the olive mixture on each side of each roll.

    7. Layer lettuce leaf half, chicken breast, red pepper slice and other half of lettuce leaf on each bottom roll half, and place other half of roll on top.

    8. Serve immediately.
