    Honey Lemon Pork Steaks

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2c. chopped cilantro
    • 1T. olive oil
    • 1T. honey
    • 1T. lemon juice
    • 1t. cracked black pepper
    • 1t. grated lemon rind
    • 4(6oz) pork steaks


    Instructions


    1. Combine the cilantro, oil, honey, lemon juice, pepper and rind in a small mixing bowl.
    2. Grill the steaks over medium coals for 4 minutes. Turn steaks over, cover with sauce and continue to grill an additional 4 minutes.
    3. Cover with remaining sauce and serve.
