- 8 pork chops
- 2/3c. lemon juice
- 1/2c. olive oil
- 1(4 1/2oz) jar chopped garlic
- 2T. tarragon, crushed
Instructions
- For marinade: Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and tarragon.
- Place chops in bag and pour in marinade. Place in fridge 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Drain chops. Sprinkle with paprika. Grill.
