    Maple-Glazed Chicken Wings

    The wings may be baked in a 375 oven for 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 to 3 lb.whole chicken wings
    • 1c maple syrup
    • 2/3c. chili sauce
    • 1/2c. finely chopped onion
    • 2T. Dijon mustard
    • 2t. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 to 1/2t. crushed red pepper flakes


    Instructions


    1. Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip section.
    2. In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine remaining ingredients.
    3. Reserve 1c. for basting and refrigerate. Add chicken to remaining marinade and turn to coat.
    4. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
    5. Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over med. coals for 12-16 minutes, turning occasionally.
    6. Brush with reserved marinade. Grill, uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear.
    7. Baste and turn several times.
    8. Yield: 6-8 servings
