Sizzling Sliced Beef Steak

List of Ingredients
- 1 beef top round steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick (about 3 lb.)
- 1/2c. fresh lime juice
- 3T. minced green onions
- 3T. water
- 2T. vegetable oil
- 1T. minced fresh ginger (optional)
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2t. salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except steak in a small bowl. Place steak and marinade in a plastic bag; turn to coat.
- Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator for 6 hrs. or as long as overnight, turning occasionally.
- Remove steak and discard marinade. Place steak on grate over med. heat. Grill, covered, 25-28 mins. for medium-rare doneness, turning occasionally.
- Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Carve into thin slices.
- Serves: 6-8
