- 24 small red potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 1/2t. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
Instructions
- Boil potatoes for 5 mins. and drain. When cool enough to handle, thread 4 potatoes onto each of 6 skewers.
- Combine the oil and garlic and brush on potatoes.
- Prepare grill. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until brown. About 10 mins.
- Makes: 6 servings.
