    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
    • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 3/4 c. milk
    • 2/3c. ketchup
    • 1/2c. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4c. chopped green pepper
    • 1T. minced onion
    • 1t. salt
    • 1c. crushed potato chips


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. In skillet cook and stir meat until brown; drain.
    2. Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions; drain. In ungreased casserole, mix all ingredients except potato chips.
    3. Cover and bake for 40 mins. Uncover; sprinkle with chips and bake 5 mins. longer. Serve.
    4. Serves:4-6
