    Recipe Introduction

We have always called this belly bust cuz it is so good you eat so much you feel like your belly is going to bust!
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large tin of tomatoes
    1 to 1 1/2 cups uncooked macarroni
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, diced

Brown the ground beef and the onion together. At the same time bring enough water to a boil to cook the macaroni. (tip, if you add a bit of the diced onion to the water before you add the macaroni the oils from the onion will stop the pasta from sticking together.) When the ground beef is browned, drain off the fat. As soon as the pasta is cooked drain it. In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, macaroni, the tin of tomatoes and 3/4 of the cheese. Transfer this to a greased casserole dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until it starts to bubble. (you can cover the casserole with a lid so the cheese doesn't burn)

Serve with a salad and rolls.
