    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    • 1T. prepared mustard
    • 2t. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1t. prepared horseradish
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4c. dry bread crumbs
    • 1/4c. finely chopped onion
    • 1/2t. salt
    • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    • 1 to 2T. oil
    • 1/2c. water
    • 2T. chopped fresh parsley
    • pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine the soup, mustard, Worcestershire, and horseradish and blend well.
    2. Set aside. In another bowl, lightly beat the egg. Add bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and 1/4c. of the soup mixture.
    3. Add beef and mix well. Shape into six patties. In large skillet, brown patties in oil; drain.
    4. Combine the remaining soup mixture with water; pour over patties.
    5. Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until meat is done.
    6. Remove patties to a serving platter; spoon sauce over meat. Sprinkle with parsley.
