Egg Noodle Bake

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic and pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 minced fresh onions
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add seasonings. Cook
until done. Boil noodles and drain. When beef is done, add
tomato paste and sauce. Let simmer 15 minutes. Mix cream
cheese and sour cream. Blend in small amount of chopped green
onion tops. In casserole, layer noodles, ground beef, then
cheese mixture. Repeat until all is used. Let bake 15 min-
utes. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake 25 minutes in 350 degrees oven
until cheese melts.
