    Mushroom Bacon Burgers

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    • 1 (10 3/4 oz) Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1/3c. water
    • 6 slices Cheddar cheese
    • 6 round sandwich rolls, split
    • 6 slices bacon, cooked
    • 6 slices red onion


    Instructions


    1. Shape beef into 6 patties 1/2 inch thick. Cook patties in skillet until brown.
    2. Pour off fat. Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 mins. or until done.
    3. Place cheese on patties and cook until cheese melts.
    4. Serve on rolls. Top with bacon and onion.
