1(16oz) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1T. cider vinegar
2t. dry mustard
1(8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
Recipe
In a small saucepan, combine apple juice concentrate, vinegar, mustard and pineapple. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Brush on baked whole ham during the last 30 minutes of baking time, or brush on ham steaks when almost cooked.
