    • 1c. orange marmalade
    • 1T. finely grated ginger
    • 2T. soy sauce
    • 2T. cider vinegar
    • 1T. Dijon mustard
    • 1/4t. salt
    • 1/4t. pepper


    1. Melt orange marmalade in a small saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low.
    2. Cook about 10 minutes. Reserve 1/4c. of glaze for brushing pork; place remaining glaze in a small bowl to serve as accompaniment.
    3. Makes about 1 cup.
