    Tangy Lemon Glaze

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2c. apple juice
    • 1/4c. firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/2c. A1 steak sauce
    • 2T. lemon juice
    • 1T. cornstarch
    • 1t. grated lemon peel


    Instructions


    1. In small saucepan, blend apple juice and brown sugar. Stir in steak sauce, lemon juice, cornstarch and lemon peel.
    2. Over medium heat, heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
    3. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat and cool slightly. Use as a baste while grilling poultry, pork or ham.
    4. Makes: about 1 1/4 cups
