List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. ground beef
  
• 1pkg. hash browns
  
• 2c. hot water
  
• 1/2c. ketchup
  
• 2T. mustard
  
• 1 onion, diced
  
• 1c shredded Cheddar Cheese
  
• 12 hamburger buns
  






Instructions



1. Cook beef until brown, drain.
   
2. Slightly crush potatoes. Stir potatoes and remaining ingredients except cheese and buns into beef in skillet.
   
3. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, reduce heat.
   
4. Simmer uncovered about 15 mins. or until most of the liquid is asorbed and potatoes are tender.
   
5. Stir in cheese until melted. Fill buns with meat mixture.
   
6. Makes 12 servings.
