    • 26 OZ. PKG. FROZEN HASH BROWNS
    • 2C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • 1/4C. MINCED ONION
    • 1C. MILK
    • 2T. BUTTER, MELTED
    • DASH GARLIC POWDER
    • SALT AND PEPPER
    • 1/2C. BROTH ( CHICKEN)


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425.
    2. MIX HASH BROWNS, CHEESE, ONION IN LARGE BOWL.
    3. COMBINE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN ANOTHER BOWL.
    4. BLEND AND POUR OVER HASH BROWNS. MIX WELL.
    5. (USE ONLY 1/2 OF BUTTER)
    6. COAT PAN WITH BUTTER. ADD HASH BROWNS. BAKE 45-60 MINS.
