List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. ground beef
  
• 3T. chili powder
  
• 1 chopped onion
  
• 1T. Worcestershire sauce
  
• 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  
• 1T. brown sugar
  
• 16 oz. pkg. hash browns
  
• 1/2c. shredded cheese
  
• 3 tomatoes
  






Instructions



1. Brown beef and onion until done. Drain.
   
2. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar, simmer until thick.
   
3. Meanwhile prepare hash browns. Place in pie plate or 9x9x2 pan.
   
4. Top with meat mixture then slice tomatoes and top with cheese.
   
5. Broil long enough to melt cheese.
