    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2c. hash browns, fried
    • 1/2lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • Mix together:
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/8c. milk
    • 3/8c. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1T. parsley
    • 1/4t. pepper
    • 1/2t. Mrs. Dash


    Instructions


    1. Pour ingredients over prepared hash browns in baking dish and top with cooked bacon.
    2. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes.
