    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. bacon
    • 1T. butter
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • 2c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    • 4c. frozen hash browns, thawed
    • 1t. salt
    • 1/4t. garlic salt
    • 1/2t. pepper
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 1/2c. milk
    • 1 pinch dried parsley
    • 1c. shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9x13 inch casserole dish.
    2. Cook bacon until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
    3. In skillet melt butter and fry onions and mushrooms until tender. Place potatoes in bottom of prepared dish.
    4. Sprinkle with salt, garlic salt and pepper.
    5. Top with bacon then onions and mushrooms.
    6. In large bowl, beat eggs with milk and parsley. Pour over casserole.
    7. Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    8. Bake for 1 hour or until set.
    9. If preparing and cooking the same day, cook for 45 minutes.
